If you are a trained athlete or 350 pounds it does not matter. We provide training to get you to achieve your goal no matter what size you are or at what fitness level. Health and safety is our top priority and our professional trainers will modify your workout to fit any pre-existing injury. So just go for it and let us get you to reach you goals.

Rick Restifo (Founder of Max Endurance Boot Camp) was miserable out of shape and wanted to try to change his life. With the help of Tom Hogan and Darrell Dezotel, two good friends, Rick committed to at least try begin each day with a short workout, lift weights and run. The first day - one house distance, day two - two houses, day three - three houses and so forth up to half mile run and 30 minute walk. Over the year's of training, I have done the following:

• 20 Sprint & Olympic Triathlons
