Your test results are used to determine your schedule, availability and fitness level. We train any body, from Beginner to Advanced. Initial assessment results will also provide you with a gameplan to follow as you progress through the program to your evaluation at the end of your 6 week session. We say, "If you train with peers who motivate you and expect you to participate, you will rise to the challenge, whatever your fitness level is!" |
